As a real estate investor for over 15 years across multiple provinces, Sylvain has firsthand experience navigating the challenges of property investment and management. From purchasing his first property at 20 to building and managing a diverse portfolio, he understands what it takes to make smart, strategic real estate decisions. His passion for real estate led him to transition from banking to focus fully on residential real estate and property management—helping others achieve their goals with the same level of care and expertise.
