Kendall has been a licensed Real Estate Associate and Property Manager since 2007. He has sold over 50 million dollars in Real Property and managed many types of Properties, both personally and professionally.
Kendall was a Red Seal Millwright and business owner for 32 years, was licensed with the Alberta College of Social Workers, and has one year of an EMBA program specializing in organizational structure. Kendall co owned multiple commercial properties since the early 1980’s, including Industrial Bays and Apartment buildings.
Kendall is the Father of three adult children and one grandchild. He’s been a dedicated Community Builder and Volunteer, is also the former Founding Board member and volunteer at The Youth and Volunteer Center of Red Deer (1978). Housing, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Clubs, Camp Alexo and The 49th Street Youth Shelter. Kendall is a former Chairman of Boys and Girls Clubs of Alberta, and Canada. He also opened the 1st Boys and Girls Club on an Indigenous Reserve in North America 38 years ago. Kendall was also the former Chairman of The Red Deer Regional Hospitals Voluntary Association, and former Board member of the 1st Foundation of the Red Deer Regional Hospital.
